Many studies reveal that we humans have about 60,000 - 70,000 thoughts per day.
Of these, about 70% are fleeting, "neutral" thoughts.
27% are negative thoughts (anxiety, worry, sorrow, stress, envy, hatred, doubt, negative comparisons, catastrophic worries, and many more).
And only 3% are positive.
So we have almost 20,000 negative thoughts a day, which become reality and influence not only our lives, but also our bodies.
It is important to become more aware of what you think and focus more on positive thoughts. But of course, that alone is 1000x easier said than done.
